*Additional $55.00 will be added to the total amount for any returned check, insufficient funds, etc. *Another $55.00 will also be added to the total amount for any late payment after 10 days from the due date of the invoice. *Full amount will apply for every “no show” applicant (mobile service only).*Type of payments: either cash, personal check, business check, cashier’s check or money order payable to “Arizona Fingerprinting Services”. *Failure to do so will be reported to the credit bureau and will be prosecuted by the court of law.  *08142006-AZTNC380798-08142011.
